The U.S. Department of State has released the August 2026 Visa Bulletin, showing movement across key employment and family-sponsored categories, however slight they might be.

This month will follow the previous regarding the charts. Family-based will use Dates for Filing, and Employment-based will use Final Action Dates.

The Dates for Filing table saw only one change in EB-3 for China: 01JAN22 to 08JAN22

EB-1 remains current for All Chargeability Areas, Mexico, and the Philippines. There were no changes for China (01JUN23) or India (15OCT22).
EB-2 remains current for All Chargeability Areas, Mexico, and the Philippines, remains (01SEP21) for China and Unavailable for India.
EB-3 moved to (01SEP24) for All Chargeability Areas and Mexico. China moved to (01JAN22).
Other Workers moved to (01APR22) for All Chargeability Areas and Mexico, and for China advanced to (01MAY19)
