Our founder and Principal Attorney, Bruna Frota, is well versed in business immigration and has experience in U.S. immigration with large multinational corporations and regional companies in the oil & gas, pharmaceutical, technology and engineering industries.

Her experience encompasses assessing clients’ U.S. migration needs, developing and facilitating short and long-term migration strategies. Attorney Bruna Frota also assist high-skilled individuals, executives and managers obtain self-sponsored visas and green cards such as EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-1 Outstanding Professors and Researches, EB-2 Labor Certification, EB-2 National Interest Waiver and EB-3 Labor Certification and Schedule A.

She worked for leading immigration law firms, such as Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and De Mott, McChesney, Curtright and Armendáriz LLP, before opening her own practice. She also worked as an Immigration Attorney for a leading relocation company: Santa Fe Relocation. Bruna Frota has a team of paralegals and of counsels delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Attorney Bruna Frota also serves as the General Counsel for the Consulate General of Brazil in Houston and Tramontina USA, Inc.

Caroline Schmidt is our Associate Attorney. She has vast experience in business immigration assisting our Principal Attorney, Bruna Frota, and leading our legal team. She gathers, reviews and analyzes case documents as well as draft immigration applications/petitions, including forms and support letters for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa classifications. While doing so, she ensures that our firm is providing exceptional support to our clients.

Caroline Schmidt is a very accomplished attorney in her home country, Brazil. Before graduating from Law School, she sat for the Brazilian BAR and passed in her first attempt. Because of her professional acumen, she was often invited to be a legal advisor in a famous regional TV show. As Principal Attorney Bruna Frota, Caroline Schmidt is also an immigrant. After arriving in the U.S., she attended Law School in Florida and, at that time, she was part of a select group that visited the U.S. House of Representatives where she had the opportunity to meet with U.S. Representatives and also the U.S. Secretary of Labor.
